Clinton Township based Charity Music will join us once again to host their "Musical Petting Zoo". This unique experience offers children the opportunity to have hands-on interaction with a variety of musical instruments. You will find this special "zoo" located next to Moravian Hall, in the historical village.
Team members from the Detroit Institute of Arts will once again be onsite offering a drop in workshop, where kids can create make-and-take art projects. The D.I.A. Creation Station will be located next to the log cabin in our historical village. This year children will be able to use their artistic abilities to create their very own wrist rattle!
New this year, Pinot's Palette of Clinton Township will be onsite providing painting sessions! For a minimal cost (to cover supplies) festivalgoers can create their very own masterpiece on an 8" x 8" canvas!
HISTORICAL ACTIVITIES & CRAFTS
A variety of time period children's games and crafts will be presented by the Clinton Township Historical Society. Both the young and young at heart can enjoy this fun and educational experience. Additionally, volunteers will be onsite providing informative tours and demonstrations in our historic buildings.
